*It is very important to follow this payment schedule to avoid cancellation or a price change. The full deposit of $50 per person secures your rate and slot.  You are always welcomed to pay ahead of schedule and pay more than required.

Terms & Conditions

Payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Travel insurance is available for purchase and must be purchased with initial deposit.

Name changes and other changes are allowed but may require a fee.

Rates are subject to change until full deposit of $50 is made per person.

Late fee of $50 per person applies immediately after final payment date.

No checks will be accepted 30 days before departure.

Return check fee is $35.

Bedding type is a request and not a guarantee.

Each room will require a credit card at the time of check-in for potential incidentals.
